Complimentary “meet-and-greet” interview

Unlimited support throughout pregnancy via phone/email/text
The ‘Pink Book’- a journal full of birth information, discussion points and positive affirmations
2 prenatal appointments either in person or via your preferred communication format to discuss and prepare for your birth
On-call readiness two weeks before and after your estimated due date
Continuous support at your birth, including physical and emotional support, for mother and birth partner
2 hours of immediate postpartum care
Recommended books and resources for pregnancy, birth, postpartum and baby care
Doula access program with Renown Regional (Northern Nevada Clients)
One postpartum visit during initial weeks of postpartum including a home cooked meal of your choice for you and your family to enjoy

Pure Bliss

Everything included in The Basics package along with access to the online podcast style ‘Preparing for Birth’ childbirth and ‘Prepared Feeding’ infant feeding classes.

Postpartum Doula Packages

Postpartum packages are to be paid in full upon contract signing (unless payment plan has been discussed upon scheduling), Hourly rate fees will be billed at the end of each week worked

All postpartum doula packages include the following;

Light housework and meal preparation
Education on typical newborn behavior and development
Breastfeeding assistance and support for all infant feeding choices
Postpartum healing and emotional support
Local resources and referrals
Hands-on infant care or assistance and overnight care

The First Days

$348/12hrs*

Best for parents who want to pay as they go but want to secure a spot before their due date. Great for Cesarean Birth Recovery

The Trenches

$1,856/64hrs*

Best for parents on a budget, experienced parents who need extra help, families with a difficult breastfeeding history.

Makes a great gift for any expecting family

Sleep Progression

$3,741/128hrs*

Best for first time parents, breastfeeding parents, single parents or partners with a short work leave, parents who want longer overnight help or extra support.

Pay as you go

$30/hr with a 4 hour minimum to book

Not sure how much you need? This is for you. Sometimes we don’t know how much we need and that’s ok. Use the pay as you go method to have a little bit of extra help or a lot.

*Package prices listed only reflect daytime hours. Services provided after 7pm are assessed as nighttime hours at $34/hr, so total hour fees may vary.
